Landscaping Service Faqs
All Services from Conceptual Design Plans through to Final Completion. These services include Site Preparation, Hard Scape (Pavement, Decking, Retaining Walls, etc.), Turfing, Planting, Irrigation Systems, Lighting Installation and Final Clean-Up. You may choose to have these services provided individually or collectively as part of a single package.
Typically, a Standard Backyard Make Over will require between two (2) and six (6) Weeks of On-Site Work, depending on the block size, materials used, and Weather Conditions. The Design Phase leading up to On-Site Work can add four (4) to eight (8) Weeks. As such, a Realistic Timeline will be included in the Quote issued for your Project allowing you to Plan Around it.
Both. Many of my Jobs are smaller Front Yard Refreshes (New Turf, Garden Beds, Retaining Wall, etc.) that can be completed within One Week. Conversely, Other Jobs involve a Full Rear-Yard Rebuild that requires Multiple Weeks to complete. Regardless of Job Type, I provide the Same Level of Quality & Workmanship.
Modern Designs Focus on Clean Lines, Simple Plant Selections and Low Maintenance Products & Materials along with Clearly Defined Zones for Entertaining, Children and Relaxation. Prior to finalising the Design I will assess Sun Direction & Drainage Requirements, Sight Lines from inside the House & How You Intend to Use Each Zone Day-To-Day.
Yes. Often, it Makes Sense To Have All Trades Provided Under One Quote. Not only Does This Save Time Coordinating Separate Contractors, but the Finish is More Cohesive Because Everything was Planned Together From Day One Rather Than Bolted-On Afterwards.
